4.0 Main Corruption Issue in Vortex Petro Logistic Company

Vortex Petro Logistic company have one corruption issue involved in their company. The issue is customer or buyer want to buy the goods from any platform in media social and then they received that good after that he must wait for their goods for a 2 or 3-day’s delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes the goods lost, and customers do a report about the missing item. Vortex Petro decided just give refund of money for make sure they pull back the report. Only this is the corruption issue involve in their company, but they have others issue in delivery and operation process.

    The others issue involved in delivery process is, Vortex Petro Logistics get the unavoidable situation such as heavy rain, flood and traffic jammed. This is the common issue that every courier gets to do in deliveries process. So, both the recipient and the sender always face issues with late deliveries. The recipient doesn't want to have to wait any longer that needed for their delivery, and you don't want your company to get a negative reputation for failing to make deliveries on time. Customers will schedule their activities around the time your courier has stated for delivery, therefore if that time is missed, they will be unhappy and frustrated.

    The third issue that Vortex Petro had face is complaints of customers that they get their goods delivered in an unacceptable condition. Customers want their goods to arrive in the same condition that you sent them in. Courier don't want your recipients to get in touch with you and complain that the goods are damaged or useless. If this happens, this company have to send replacement goods, losing your company money. The driver truck or dispatch staff should ensure the secure delivery of the goods to the best of their ability.

    The last issue it is during pandemic Covid-19 in 2021, Vortex Petro Logistics company experienced a shortage labour as dispatch staff to deliver the goods and handling all the parcel in warehouse. It was an unforgettable experience for their company until the boss and the highest tier had to do the deliveries process so that the recipient does not wait too long for their goods. This situation occurred because of their company didn't get to pay the staff salaries so they had to lay off workers in order to reduce cost of company and want to regain the high profit with small expenses.
