3.0 Trade Document in Vortex Petro Logistic Company

3.1 Custom Document

Vortex Petro Logistic does not provide documents for custom systems, but they use partnerships to apply for licenses and permits for entry into overseas such as Singapore. The vortex company only provides transportation to transfer goods into a Singapore. In last 2022 Vortex Petro Logistic they get an information and call from their partnership to transfer a sample from Pengerang to the Singapore for being a carrier of the sample.

The document of clearance permit from partnership

    This is a clearance permit from customs that has been applied from the authorized party, that is ERA OSM Forwarding & Transport Sdn. Bhd. to give Vortex company a permission to bring a sample to Singapore.

The invoice document from partnership

    Follow this document Vortex Company will get the invoice form their partnership to transfer the sample for testing from Inspectorate Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Pengerang Terminal Sdn Bhd to Inspectorate (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Vortex Perto Logistic Sdn Bhd provide a transport and transfer the sample for testing to desired location follow the information that they get.

    This document is custom trade that need to declare the business code before entering to Singapore. Base on this document Vortex Petro Logistic will know the person that have responsibility onto that sample, that is Vissvam A/L Balasundram. He needs to declare with Royal Malaysian Customs Department of the sample be exported to Singapore and the person need to have responsibility on that sample due to government policy in Singapore in terms of the safety in the country and their people.

3.2 Certificate Document  

Vortex Petro Logistic provide several certificates that using in the company to give trust on external companies to use their services.

The SSM certificate that Vortex Petro Logistic Company get to run the business.

    With this document all companies wishing to start a business need to register to avoid the risk of being fined by SSM. When Vortex Petro Logistic Company has registered SSM to start a business through this document, all customers and suppliers who want to run a business with them will be more trusted the service they provide and should not hesitate to make a partnership. This document also facilitates business dealings with suppliers to provide service or goods and other companies who being partnership with Vortex Petro Logistic to bring their goods safely from any offences that violate business laws.

The MOF document permission

    This MOF document use in Vortex Petro Logistic to make sure that all the employment, director and managing director must be 100% Bumiputera and there is no non-citizen involvement in the management of the company. The Bumiputera majority in Vortex Petro Logistic must play an important role in the company's transactions, the company's travel stewardship, the financial management of the company, the making of important decisions and representing the company in meetings and other official matters. If the Vortex company violates the conditions set out in the document, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia may withdraw the Bumiputera recognition, and the status revoked in the system immediately.
